Warranties

San Jose Pro Plumbing provides a lifetime warranty on workmanship for all repiping installations performed by our team. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary depending on the product used. Our lifetime workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labor for as long as you own your home. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, third-party modifications, improper use, or normal wear and tear. Full warranty details are included in each service agreement.

Permits and Inspections

All repiping work performed by San Jose Pro Plumbing is completed in accordance with the City of San Jose building codes and the California Plumbing Code. We handle all necessary permit applications and schedule required inspections as part of our service. Permit fees are included in our quoted price unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property for inspection purposes.

Limitation of Liability
